The room was tidy and provided everything I needed for my stay. The staff were accommodating and pleasant, especially at the front desk, and assisted with local recommendations. Having parking available in the basement was useful. I could leave my car there after checking out until my flight.

Sometimes I had to wait a long time, but using the stairs helped.
